COVID - 19 Update

Below is an update on what Desert Masters Realty is doing to work around the Coronavirus pandemic:
Showings - showings will continue as usual.  We feel that we can show properties with minimal contact by slightly modifying our procedures.
Lease Renewals and Inspections - We will put all lease renewals and inspections on hold at this time.
Repairs/Maintenance Requests -  We are still processing work orders as we receive them.  There may be a delay in responding to some repair maintenance requests as we will leave it to the discretion of the tenant and the service provider.  Both parties can schedule work to be done when they feel safe and it is convenient for them.  Any emergencies will be addressed quickly.
Rent Payments - Most tenants pay online.  For those that do not, they can continue to pay rent as they were in the past.  However, we do encourage online rent payment, not just because of the pandemic.  Online payment of rent is quick, convenient and free of charge provided the electronic check method is used.
If tenants income will been affected due to the Covid-19 pandemic.  They can apply for Rent Relief at
Move-In/Move-Out - Tenants who are moving in or out, will continue to do so.  We have slightly modified the procedure and will avoid doing joint walkthroughs.
At this time, everything else is considered business as usual.
