About Kimberly Ayers

Hello! Thank you for allowing me to introduce myself. I'm Kimberly Ayers and I have been in the property management business since 2004 having started with Century 21 in Chandler, AZ.  This was back when property management wasn't "cool".  But I love what I do because I love the people I help and the people I work with.  Property management is a tough job.  It's really not about managing properties, but managing people.  I do not mean to offend, but collecting rent and scheduling repairs is the easy part.  Real property management is about exceeding the expectations of both the owner and the tenant while both parties to the transaction are at opposite ends of the spectrum.  I can say it is never a dull moment!

I think it is important for a property manager to be involved in organizations that revolve around their business.  This industry is a constant moving target, and if you are not involved, you are not in the know.  And in this industry, not knowing can get you and your owner into trouble.

I love giving back and educating others.  Being involved in organizations that relate to property management is not only rewarding in terms of learning, but becoming a leader in those organizations enables me to help others.  The ability to provide education opportunities to my colleagues not only helps them but also helps me become a better property manager.  I love this industry and so I want to protect it.
