Desert Masters Realty is a full-service real estate company. We were founded in 2012 but were preceded by Montaña Vista Realty. The Owner/Broker, Kim Ayers, has been in the industry since 2004.

She has been on the Board of the National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) since 2011 and serves as a committee member for the Southeast Valley Registrar of Realtors (SEVRAR) Property Management Committee and Grievance Committee.
